  • 1 tablespoon(s) fresh chopped mint; for Fresh Pineapple Salsa
  • 4 8-ounce salmon steaks; for Grilled Salmon and Marinade
  • 4 tablespoon(s) light clove honey; for Grilled Salmon and Marinade
  • 33/100 cup(s) packed dark brown sugar; for Grilled Salmon and Marinade
  • 2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice; for Grilled Salmon and Marinade:
  • 1 teaspoon(s) liquid smoke; for Grilled Salmon and Marinade
  • 4/25 teaspoon(s) Tobasco; for Grilled Salmon and Marinade

Instructions
 

  • Mix marinade ingredients in glass bowl.
  • Adjust seasonings to taste.
  • Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
  • Place marinade ingredients in an airtight dish or large Ziploc bag and mix.
  • Add fish and marinate in the refrigerator 4 hours or overnight.
  • When ready to grill, wrap in aluminum foil and place on grill over medium-high heat until fish flakes with a fork.
  • Spoon pineapple salsa over each serving of fish and serve.
