Green Beans, Potato & Ham Skillet
Let your taste buds ham it up! This skillet of dill weed, mustard, green beans and ham along with potatoes will be a huge hit! Serve with rice and you'll have a dinner everyone will enjoy.

- 8 ounce(s) fresh green beans cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup(s) water
- 8 ounce(s) carton plain low-fat yogurt
- 1/8 cup(s) all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoon(s) prepared mustard
- 2/25 tablespoon(s) dried dill weed
- 10 small potatoes
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper
- 1 1/2 cup(s) cubed fully cooked ham (8 oz.)
Slice potatoes; halve any large slices.
In a large skillet cook potatoes and fresh green beans, if using, in water, covered, about 15 minutes or until potatoes and beans are tender.
Drain well.
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan stir together yogurt, flour, mustard, dill weed, and pepper.
Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
Pour over vegetables in skillet.
Stir in ham.
Heat through.
Ready in 1 hour.
