Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounce(s) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 floz water
  • 2 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon(s) cornstarch
  • 1/2 floz red wine, or white wine
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) chicken bouillon granules
  • 1 tablespoon(s) cooking oil, Low Fat
  • 10 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 6 ounce(s) fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup(s) water chestnuts, sliced
  • 32 ounce(s) Hot, cooked rice (1 cup/ serving)

Instructions
 

  • Mix together salt, pepper and paprika.
  • Rub all over meat side of chicken breast.
  • Place onion in crock pot.
  • Place chicken breast side up on onion.
  • Place garlic on chicken.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for about 6 hours or until juices run clear.
