Exotic Rice

- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1/4 cup(s) butter
- 5 cup(s) cooked white rice
- 1 soy sauce, to taste
- 1 salt and pepper

In a large skillet saute mushrooms and onion in butter until soft.
Stir in cooked rice, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and green onions.
Cook until heated through and serve immediately.
