Curried Beef & Pork Loaf
This ain't your grandma's meatloaf! Seasoned with curry and garlic to give it a spicy and tasty flavor. A unique twist on a classic dish.

- 3 slices of bread
- 1 cup(s) milk
- 24 ounce(s) beef, ground
- 8 ounce(s) pork, ground
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon(s) curry powder
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- 2 tablespoon(s) fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 dash(es) Pepper, freshly ground, to taste
Remove crusts from bread; tear in pieces and let soak in milk.
Toss together in a large bowl and remaining ingredients.
Press lightly into a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.
Cover with foil and bake in preheated 350 degrees oven about 1 1/2 hours.
Drain off pan juices.
Slice to serve and leave loaf overnight in refrigerator if you like to serve it cold.
Ready in 2 hours.
