Crispy Chocolate Cereal Bars

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoon(s) butter
  • 1 ounce(s) square unsweetened chocolate
  • 198 11/25 grams jar marshmallow cream
  • 2 tablespoon(s) baking cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
  • 6 cup(s) crisp rice cereal

Instructions
 

  • In a heavy saucepan over low heat, melt butter and chocolate; stir until smooth.
  • Stir in the marshmallow crme and cocoa; cook and stir until smooth.
  • Remove from the heat; stir in vanilla and cereal.
  • Pat into a 13 inch x 9 inch x 2 inch pan coated with nonstick cooking spray; cool before cutting.
  • Ready in 30 min.
