Creamy Rice Casserole

This is a great starter recipe for those of you who like to "play with your food." Add just about anything you'd like to this dish to make it uniquely yours; meat, veggies, cheese, etc. Use a vegetable-based soup and rice mix to keep it vegetarian.

  • 7 (one box) Rice A Roni
  • 1 tablespoon(s) butter
  • 2 cup(s) water
  • 2 cup(s) (1 container) sour cream
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Rice A Roni according to package directions.
  • Add sour cream and soup.
  • Mix well.
  • Place in casserole dish.
  • Bake in a 350 degrees oven for 30 minutes.
  • Ready in 40 min.
