Creamy Chicken Noodle Casserole

- 8 ounce(s) mini lasagna pasta, uncooked
- 1/2 cup(s) fat free sour cream
- 1 cup(s) low fat chicken broth
- 4 tablespoon(s) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup(s) egg substitute
- 6 teaspoon(s) dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 cup(s) chopped fresh broccoli florets, blanched and drained
- 12 ounce(s) boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 3/25 cup(s) bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Prepare pasta according to package directions, drain.
Blend sour cream, 1/2 of the Parmesan cheese, chicken broth, egg substitute and mustard until blended.
Add pasta, broccoli and chicken and mix well.
Spray a 9 x 12 baking dish with cooking spray.
Pour mixture into dish and sprinkle with bread crumbs and remaining Parmesan cheese.
Bake uncovered for 35 minutes until golden brown.
