Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounce(s) mini lasagna pasta, uncooked
  • 1/2 cup(s) fat free sour cream
  • 1 cup(s) low fat chicken broth
  • 4 tablespoon(s) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup(s) egg substitute
  • 6 teaspoon(s) dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) chopped fresh broccoli florets, blanched and drained
  • 12 ounce(s) boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 3/25 cup(s) bread crumbs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Prepare pasta according to package directions, drain.
  • Blend sour cream, 1/2 of the Parmesan cheese, chicken broth, egg substitute and mustard until blended.
  • Add pasta, broccoli and chicken and mix well.
  • Spray a 9 x 12 baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Pour mixture into dish and sprinkle with bread crumbs and remaining Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake uncovered for 35 minutes until golden brown.
