- 16 ounce(s) lump crab meat
- 59 7/50 mL cooking sherry (0.25 cup)
- 2/25 ounce(s) old bay seasoning (0.5 tsp.)
- 1/4 small red onion, finely diced
- 1/2 cup(s) shredded cheddar chese
- 1/2 cup(s) carrots, thin cut
- 1 tomato, cored and diced
- 2 scallions stems, chopped
- 13/100 teaspoon(s) paprika for garnish
Place softened cream cheese in mixing bowl and whip.
Fold in crabmeat, sherry, Old Bay and onion until well-blended.
Fold in cheddar cheese.
Use tomatoes, carrots, scallions and paprika for garnish.
Serve with crackers.
