Cool Eggnog
Eggnog just got cooler. It's hard to find eggnog outside the holiday season, which is why we've provided a recipe that you can make and celebrate all year round. Rock your own homemade version.

- 24 teaspoon(s) caster sugar
- 4 cinnamon sticks
- 2 eggs
- 2 eggs
- 6 ounce(s) pure cream (thin)
- 6 ounce(s) milk
- 3 ounce(s) brandy
- 3 ounce(s) rum
- 3 ounce(s) sweet sherry
- 1 ice cubes
- 6/25 teaspoon(s) Freshly ground nutmeg, to dust
Place sugar and cinnamon quills in a saucepan with 1/2 cup cold water.
Stir over low heat until sugar dissolves.
Simmer for 1 minute, then remove and cool.
Combine 3 oz of the syrup in a blender with the eggs, cream, milk and alcohol.
Pour into cocktail glasses over ice and serve dusted with nutmeg.
Ready in 10 min.
