Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup(s) frozen raspberries (1, 16 oz package)
  • 1/4 cup(s) sugar
  • 2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
  • 1 ounce(s) (2 tbsp) orange juice
  • 6 cup(s) vanilla ice cream (about 12 scoops)
  • 96 ounce(s) (12 cups) carbonated water

Instructions
 

  • Combine raspberries, sugar, lemon juice and orange juice in 2-quart saucepan.
  • Cook over medium heat for 7 to 10 minutes, or until raspberries are defrosted and sugar is dissolved, stirring occasionally; process raspberry mixture in a blender until smooth and strain through fine-mesh sieve into 4-cup measure.
  • Discard seeds.
  • Place 2 tbsp raspberry mixture and 1 scoop ice cream in 12 oz glass.
  • Add 1-cup carbonated water.
  • Repeat with remaining mixture, ice cream and carbonated water.
