- 2 cup(s) frozen raspberries (1, 16 oz package)
- 1/4 cup(s) sugar
- 2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
- 1 ounce(s) (2 tbsp) orange juice
- 6 cup(s) vanilla ice cream (about 12 scoops)
- 96 ounce(s) (12 cups) carbonated water
Combine raspberries, sugar, lemon juice and orange juice in 2-quart saucepan.
Cook over medium heat for 7 to 10 minutes, or until raspberries are defrosted and sugar is dissolved, stirring occasionally; process raspberry mixture in a blender until smooth and strain through fine-mesh sieve into 4-cup measure.
Discard seeds.
Place 2 tbsp raspberry mixture and 1 scoop ice cream in 12 oz glass.
Add 1-cup carbonated water.
Repeat with remaining mixture, ice cream and carbonated water.
