Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup(s) apple cinnamon granola
  • 3/4 cup(s) all-pupose flour
  • 1/2 cup(s) packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup(s) shortening
  • 1/4 cup(s) white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) baking soda

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Mix together granola, flour, brown sugar, shortening, white sugar, egg, salt, vanilla extract and baking soda together in a medium size mixing bowl.
  • Mix until well blended.
  • Drop by teaspoonfuls 1 1/2 inches apart on baking sheets.
  • Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Cool on wire racks.
