Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup(s) whole wheat flour
  • 47 99/100 teaspoon(s) Splenda
  • 2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 12 tablespoon(s) semi-sweet chocolate
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup(s) mashed ripe bananas
  • 5 7/20 tablespoon(s) oil or melted/softened butter
  • 1/4 cup(s) milk
  • 1/2 cup(s) chopped walnuts/pecans

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Spray 9x5-inch loaf pan w/ cooking spray.
  • Set aside.
  • Combine flour, Splenda, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
  • Set aside.
  • Coarsely chop baking chocolate bars and nuts together in separate bowl.
  • Mix eggs, bananas, oil and milk in a large bowl until well blended.
  • Add dry ingredients; stir until just moistened.
  • Stir in chopped chocolate/nut mixture.
  • Pour into greased loaf pan.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  • Cool 10 minutes.
  • Remove from pan; cool completely on wire rack.
