Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 48 ounce(s) coarsely ground beef chuck
  • 2 tablespoon(s) chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 4 floz Bacardi dark rum
  • 6 ounce(s) tomato paste
  • 48 ounce(s) kidney beans (16 oz. each), drained

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in 8-quart pot.
  • Lightly saut onions, garlic.
  • Add meat.
  • Break up and stir until color changes.
  • Add remaining ingredients.
  • Stir, cover and simmer for 2 hours.
  • Add seasoning to taste.
