Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounce(s) lean ground beef
  • 1 cup(s) chopped onion
  • 1 cup(s) chopped green bell pepper
  • 2 cup(s) chili beans
  • 2 cup(s) dark red kidney beans
  • 1 81/100 cup(s) diced tomatoes
  • 3/4 cup(s) tomato paste
  • 4 floz water
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 tablespoon(s) chili powder
  • 2 teaspoon(s) oregano
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup(s) Chopped green onion
  • 1 tablespoon(s) sour cream

Instructions
 

  • In large pan, cook beef, onion, and green pepper until meat is browned.
  • Drain excess grease.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients, except green onion and sour cream.
  • Bring to boil.
  • Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Garnish with green onion and dollop of sour cream.
