Caesar Sandwich

All the goodness of your favorite salad comes together in this chicken Caesar sandwich which is served on buttery, grilled French bread.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices French bread, about 5 inch across and 3 inch deep
  • 2 tablespoon(s) prepared Caesar dressing
  • 2 ounce(s) white or yellow cheddar (2 slices, 1 ounce each)
  • 1 small boneless chicken breast
  • 1 tablespoon(s) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon(s) butter

Instructions
 

  • Spread 1 tbsp of the Caesar dressing on 1 side of each slice of the bread.
  • Place spread side down; place 1 slice of Cheddar on each slice and top cheese with freshly grilled chicken or chicken slices.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Close the sandwich.
  • Melt butter in skillet or griddle over moderate heat.
  • Cook sandwich, on both sides, until golden brown.
