Forget the store-bought bottles and make your own Caesar. This classic dressing couldn't be any simpler; combine all of the ingredients, blend, done! Try it as a marinade on chicken or fish, use it as a spread on sandwiches or even try it in pasta salad for a unique zip of flavor.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon(s) red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup(s) lemon juice
  • 3 teaspoon(s) (1 tbsp) worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoon(s) anchovy paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) mustard powder
  • 3 tablespoon(s) sour cream
  • 1/2 cup(s) Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions
 

  • Using a food processor or blender, combine the olive oil, vinegar, anchovy paste, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic, lemon juice, sour cream and Parmesan cheese.
  • Process until mixture is smooth.
  • Pour into a glass container, seal and refrigerate until ready to use.
