Buttermilk Waffles

- 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cup(s) buttermilk
- 2 sticks of butter
Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt.
Beat eggs and buttermilk until well mixed.
Add to flour mixture and beat lightly with a fork until flour is moistened.
Stir in the butter.
The batter should be lumpy.
Over mixing will produce tough waffles.
Bake until golden brown and serve warm.
