Black Bean Florentine Soup
This fabulous, hearty soup amounts to more than a hill of beans when it comes to flavor and nutrition. Black beans offer protein, and spinach is packed with nutrients. Bean there done that and do it again!

- 8 ounce(s) lean ground turkey breast
- 1 cup(s) chopped carrots
- 1 343/1000 cup(s) 98 percent fat free cream of celery soup
- 3 1/2 cup(s) low-sodium, fat-free chicken broth
- 15 1/2 ounce(s) can black beans - rinsed
- 1 cup(s) tomato puree
- 1/32 cup(s) water based on your thickness preference
- 4 ounce(s) approx 3 cups uncooked -- Ronzoni Healthy Harvest wide noodles
- 2 cup(s) chopped fresh baby spinach
Cook ground turkey in soup pot (no need for oil).
Add chicken broth, cream of celery soup, and cumin to pot, stirring to combine.
Next add in chopped carrots, black beans, and tomato puree.
Simmer for 20 minutes.
Add in noodles and cook for 2 minutes.
Add water at this stage based on consistency preference.
Add spinach and simmer an additional 6-8 minutes, depending on your pasta consistency preference.
