Best Meatballs in Lemon Sauce Crock-Pot
You can bet your meatballs this meal is going to get your mouthwatering! This crock-pot is delicious, the meatballs are very garlicy and the lemon flavor livens up the sauce. Mix all the ingredients together and get your stomach ready for some slow cooking goodness.

- 24 ounce(s) beef, minced
- 3 slices bread, torn into soft crumbs
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/8 cup(s) parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoon(s) mint, chopped
- 1 teaspoon(s) paprika
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1 dash(es) pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup(s) can tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoon(s) lemons, grated rind of
- 1/4 cup(s) lemon juice
- 1 dash(es) salt
- 1 dash(es) pepper
- 1 tablespoon(s) mint, minced
Combine and mix all the first 9 ingredients for the meatballs and form into walnut-sized balls and place in crock-pot.
For the lemon sauce: 8 oz can tomato sauce grated rind of 2 lemons and 1/4 cup lemon juice salt and pepper to taste plus 1 tbsp minced mint.
Mix the sauce ingredients together and pour over the meatballs.
Cover and cook on "low" for 4 - 6 hours.
Serve with rice.
Ready in 6 hours.
