Bean Soup

- 2 cup(s) red potatoes, diced
- 2 cup(s) frozen green beans
- 3 3/4 cup(s) canned black beans, drained
- 3 3/4 cup(s) stewed tomatoes
- 3 1/2 cup(s) vegetable broth
- 2 cup(s) canned corn, drained
- 2 cup(s) canned garbanzo beans, drained
- 1 cup(s) salsa
In a 6-quart crock-pot combine potatoes and frozen green beans; add black beans, undrained tomatoes, broth, corn, garbanzo beans and salsa.
Cover and cook on "low" heat setting for 9 to 11 hours or on "high" for 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 hours.
Serve with warmed tortillas or tortilla chips.
Ready in 4 - 11 hours.
