This healthy, white bean dip makes for a perfect gameday snack served with pita chips, pretzels, or freshly cut crudite'. Your guests will savor every spoonful.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 1/2 cup(s) white beans (drained)
  • 1 garlic clove (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice (fresh)
  • 1 ounce(s) water
  • 1 dash(es) freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch(es) cumin seeds
  • 1 pinch(es) paprika

Instructions
 

  • In a blender mix the beans, garlic, lemon juice and water until smooth; season with pepper.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle over a few cumin seeds and a pinch of ground paprika.
  • Serve with toasted whole meal pita bread fingers and olives or fresh vegetables.
