Ready for Italian night? All the flavor with none of the fuss, this baked ziti dish is the perfect pasta dinner solution. Throw all of the ingredients together and you've got one tasty meal on your hands that pleases kids and adults alike.

Ingredients
  

  • 24 ounce(s) spaghetti sauce
  • 16 ounce(s) ziti pasta (tube-shaped macaroni)
  • 8 ounce(s) ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup(s) milk
  • 8 ounce(s) sliced mozzarella cheese
  • 1/16 teaspoon(s) crushed red pepper
  • 13/1250 ounce(s) sweet basil
  • 1/16 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
  • 1/16 teaspoon(s) Italian seasoning
  • 1 dash(es) Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
  • Add ziti and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain and rinse.
  • In a medium bowl, mix ziti, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, egg and 1 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce.
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish and spoon in ziti mixture.
  • Top with remaining spaghetti sauce, followed by Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes; let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
