Instructions
Prepare pasta as stated on package.
Place ricotta cheese in a medium mixing bowl.
Mix in the milk and spices and stir.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish with 2 tablespoons of spaghetti sauce.
In medium bowl, add pasta to ricotta.
Season with the black pepper and red pepper to taste, and mix until well combined.
Layer in pan on spaghetti sauce.
Lay mozzarella cheese on top of macaroni.
Add 2 tablespoons of spaghetti sauce to top to keep mozzarella from burning.
Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly warm.
Let stand before serving and top with more spaghetti sauce to serve.
