Ingredients
  

  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup(s) sweet red peppers, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup(s) Swiss cheese, shredded (4 oz.)
  • 6 ounce(s) cooked ham, cubed
  • 2 67/100 ounce(s) water

Instructions
 

  • In a 10 inch ovenproof skillet, saute onions and red pepper in oil for 5 minutes.
  • In bowl, combine the eggs, cheese, ham and water; pour over vegetable mixture.
  • Bake uncovered, at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until set.
