Bacon-Broccoli Rigatoni
One bite of this rigatoni medley and you'll be bacon for more. The combination of bacon, broccoli and mozzarella blend together in this palate-pleasing pasta dish.

- 8 ounce(s) uncooked dried rigatoni
- 8 ounce(s) slices bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 cup(s) broccoli florets
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) finely chopped fresh garlic
- 2 cup(s) mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 tablespoon(s) freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) ground red pepper
- 4 tablespoon(s) chopped fresh parsley
Cook rigatoni according to package directions.
Drain; set aside.
Meanwhile, in 10-inch skillet cook bacon over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until bacon is crisp (6 to 8 minutes).
Reduce heat to medium.
Add broccoli and garlic.
Cook, stirring occasionally, until broccoli is crisply tender (4 to 5 minutes).
Add cooked rigatoni, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese and ground red pepper.
Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted (3 to 5 minutes).
Sprinkle with parsley.
