- 8 eggs, beaten
- 16 tablespoon(s) thinly sliced celery
- 1 cup(s) finely chopped onion
- 1 cup(s) bean sprouts
- 4 ounce(s) diced fresh mushrooms
- 1/3 cup(s) cooked chicken breast, chopped
- 41/1000 ounce(s) ground beef, cooked and crumbled
- 1/3 cup(s) pork, cooked and chopped
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoon(s) chicken bouillon
- 12 ounce(s) hot water
- 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) white sugar
- 2 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
- 3/4 floz cold water
- 1 1/2 tablespoon(s) cornstarch
Beat eggs in a large bowl.
Add the celery, onion, bean sprouts, mushrooms, chicken, beef, pork, salt and pepper.
Mix together.
Heat oil in a medium skillet or wok and brown egg mixture 1/2 cup at a time.
When all of the mixture is browned, set aside.
To Make Sauce: Dissolve the bouillon in the hot water in a small saucepan; add sugar and soy sauce and blend well over medium heat.
Add cold water and cornstarch and stir until thick and smooth.
