For 4 people
1 cup(s) ricotta cheese
1/2 cup(s) mozzarella cheese, shredded
4 ounce(s) ham, cooked and finely chopped
2 teaspoon(s) oregano leaves
4ready to bake refrigerated buttermilk flaky biscuits
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In bowl, combine first 4 ingredients; set aside. Roll each biscuit between 2 sheet of wax paper, forming 4 (6 inch) circles; spoon 1/4 of cheese mixture onto center of each. Moisten edges of dough slightly, then fold each circle over, turnover style, forming 4 calzones; using tines of fork, press edges to seal.
Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray and place turnovers on sheet; bake until golden brown 10 to 12 minutes and serve immediately.
