1broccoli, raw
1cauliflower
1mushrooms, white, raw
1celery
1onions
1red cabbage
1tomato
1cheese, mozzarella, whole milk
1pita bread
Directions
Use any combination of the above raw vegetables. Chop fine and mix with Mozzarella cheese. Place vegetable and cheese mixture inside pita pocket. Microwave 60 seconds until cheese melts and vegetables are warm.
