3/4 cup(s) sour cream
1/2 cup(s) macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine cream cheese and milk, blending until completely smooth. Stir in beef, onion, bell pepper, garlic, pepper, and ginger. Fold in sour cream. Pour mixture into a glass pie plate or shallow baking dish.
