In a large bowl, dissolve Kool-Aid and sugar in milk mixture. Pour into a shallow nonmetal container and freeze for about 2 hours or until partially firm. Spoon into a large chilled bowl and beat with and electric mixer on medium speed, until smooth but not melted. Freeze until firm.
