Ingredients

  • 16 ounce(s) can navy beans, rinsed and drained
  • 14 ounce(s) marinated artichoke hearts
  • 2 teaspoon(s) lemon juice, canned or bottled
  • 1 garlic clove, pressed
  • 2 green onions, roughly chopped
  • 1 salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth. This dip gets thicker after it has been refrigerated.
