Combine milk, eggs and salt and pepper in small mixing bowl. Place bread crumbs in a flat dish. Flatten cutlets; dip each in egg batter and then dredge in breadcrumbs. Quickly dip into egg batter and place in skillet with hot oil; brown veal on each side. Place cutlets in "Pam-ed" oblong baking dish and top each cutlet with a slice of Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 375 degrees until cheese melts.
