4bagels, halved horizontally and toasted lightly
8 ounce(s) cream cheese, softened
8slices of hard salami
2medium tomatoes cut into 8 slices
2 tablespoon(s) chopped flat-leaf parsley
1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
1salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Directions
