This is a great all-purpose sauce that you don't have to limit to salad. Try it on a baked potato instead of sour cream. It also makes a great raw vegetable dip.
For 1 people
Mix all ingredients together and chill. If you want a thinner dressing add more vinegar. If you like thicker dressing, then add less vinegar. If it's too tart, add a pinch of sweetener. Variation: To the mayonnaise and yogurt add 2 tablespoons ketchup, 2 tablespoons pickle juice and 2 small dill pickles diced fine - you now have Thousand Island.
