There's no reason to make a stink over this stuffed cabbage casserole. Simply toss the ingredients together and let the slow-cooker do the work.

In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onions until browned. Drain grease. Transfer mixture to a 6-quart slow cooker. Add tomato sauce, coleslaw mix, rice, water, salt, and black pepper. Cooker will be full but cabbage will cook down. Cover and cook on low for 5 hours, or until cabbage is done.
