For 6 people
Put vinegar, orange juice, cocoa, chocolate and Dijon mustard in a mixer or a blender. Add olive oil slowly until it’s the desired thickness. Grill steaks on outdoor grill or under broiler until desired doneness, turning once Allow to rest 5 minutes in a warm place. Spoon about 3 to 4 tbsp. of the chocolate vinaigrette on each plate. Place the steaks on the sauce.
