Heat cooking oil in ovenproof skillet and brown pork chops; pour off all drippings. Mix breadcrumbs, onion, butter, 1/4 cup of water and poultry seasoning. Place a mound of stuffing on each pork chop. Blend cream of mushroom soup with 1/3 cup of water. Pour over pork chops and stuffing. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
