Heat sauté pan. Coat salmon in crushed pecans. Place butter in sauté pan. Sear salmon on both sides. Finish in 350-degree oven until desired temperature, about 5-10 minutes. While salmon is in oven, deglaze sauté pan with Frangelico; add brown sugar and cream. Reduce to desired consistency. Plate salmon and drizzle with sauce.
