We're singing your tuna. A great-tasting pasta dish that will have you singing songs of the sea, this combines tuna, pasta and plenty of goodness with little effort.
For 2 people
In saucepan, over medium-high heat, add butter and whole cream. Bring to boil; add garlic and pepper to taste. When reduced to desired thickness, add Romano cheese, pasta and parsley; toss. Spread a small amount of olive oil on tuna; dip in Cajun seasoning. Grill to desired temperature. Serve fish on top of pasta.
