Classic chocolate frosting is a great way to top off your cakes, brownies, or cookies. You can dress it up with a spoonful of instant coffee.
For 1 people
1. Melt chocolate and butter in the microwave. In a large bowl, combine confectioners' sugar, vanilla and 1/2 cup of the milk. Sift in the melted chocolate mixture. Gradually add remaining milk until desired consistency is achieved.
2. Let stand until spreadable. Frosting will thicken as it cools.
