Tuna Olive Salad

Ingredients

  • 12 ounce(s) chunk light tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1 cup(s) chopped canned artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 cup(s) chopped olives
  • 1/3 cup(s) reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoon(s) lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) chopped fresh oregano, or .5 teaspoon dried

Directions

Combine tuna, artichokes, olives, mayonnaise, lemon juice and oregano in a medium bowl. Chill. Serve on whole wheat bread or on a bed of lettuce.
