Strawberry Banana Salad

You'll go ape over this salad that's chock full of goodness. The combination of sweet strawberries and bananas with salty peanuts is like nothing you've ever tasted before - but we guarantee you'll make it again.

Strawberry Banana Salad


For 2 people

  • 1 large firm banana, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) sugar
  • 3 tablespoon(s) mayonnaise
  • 2 cup(s) torn mixed salad greens
  • 5 fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon(s) salted peanuts, chopped (optional)


Lightly toss banana slices with lemon juice and place 1/4 cup in a small bowl; mash. Stir in the mayonnaise and sugar. In a salad bowl, combine the greens, strawberries and remaining banana slices; toss. Top with banana dressing; sprinkle with peanuts if desired. Serve cold.
