Shrimp Fettuccine

Shrimp Fettuccine

Ingredients

For 1 people

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 3/4 cup(s) basic white sauce
  • 1/4 cup(s) diced tomato
  • 6 jumbo shrimp, grilled
  • 3/4 cup(s) fettuccine, cooked al dente (6 oz.)
  • 1 garlic toast

Directions

Saute garlic in olive oil 2 minutes. Make a basic white sauce with butter, flour, milk, salt and pepper; add to garlic. Add tomatoes and simmer 1 minute. Add shrimp and stir. Plate the fettuccine and top with shrimp sauce. Serve with garlic toast.
