This breakfast syrup is simpe and delicious, and contains no added sugar. The kids will love this fruity sauce over their pancakes, waffles, or French toast.
For 3 people
In a small sauce pan, combine chopped apricots with 1 cup water, bring to a boil, and simmer 20 minutes, covered. Cool. Whip contents in a blender. Add about 1 1/2 cups of water, or enough to reach desired syrup consistency. Store refrigerated.
