Cinco de Mayo Sausage Taco Bake

Ingredients

For 4 people

  • 453 2/3 grams (1 lb.) Bob Evans® or Owens® Original or Zesty Hot Sausage Roll
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) 1 can 10.75-oz) condensed tomato soup
  • 16 tablespoon(s) salsa, thick and chuncky
  • 1/2 cup(s) milk
  • 6 flour tortillas (6 in.), cut into 1 in. pieces
  • 1 cup(s) shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In skillet over medium-high heat, cook sausage until browned, stirring to separate. Drain. Add soup, salsa, milk, tortillas, and half the cheese and then spoon into 2-quart shallow baking dish. Cover. Bake for 30 minutes or until hot. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
