Spice things up for dinner tonight with this Cajun style tuna steak with cheesy, creamy pasta that will please all your party guests.
For 2 people
1)-In saucepan, over medium-high heat, add butter and whole cream. Bring to boil; add garlic and pepper to taste.
2)-When reduced to desired thickness, add Romano cheese, pasta and parsley; toss.
3)-Spread a small amount of olive oil on tuna; dip in Cajun seasoning.
4)-Grill to desired temperature. Serve fish on top of pasta.
