B & W Brownies

They say anything is good if it’s made of chocolate. When it comes to these chocolate layered brownies, awesome is more like it! White chocolate, brown chocolate and pecans combine to make a mouthwatering treat you won’t be able to resist. Chocolate lovers get ready to indulge your tastebuds in dessert dreamland.

Ingredients

For 1 people

  • 20 ounce(s) pkg. fudge brownie mix
  • 30 tablespoon(s) pkg. white baking pieces
  • 16 tablespoon(s) semisweet chocolate pieces
  • 1/2 cup(s) pecan pieces
  • 1/4 cup(s) butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 ounce(s) water
  • 2 cup(s) sifted powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup(s) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
  • 3/4 cup(s) pecan pieces

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease the bottom of a 13x9x2 inch baking pan; set aside. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions. Stir in half of the white baking pieces, all of the semisweet chocolate pieces, and the 1/2 cup pecans. Spread the batter in the prepared baking pan. Bake about 30 minutes or until center is set. Sprinkle with the remaining white baking pieces; bake for 1 minute more. Cool in pan. Frosting In a small bowl, combine melted butter and hot water; stir in powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla. Beat by hand until smooth, and then spoon over top of brownies. Sprinkle with the 3/4 cup pecans. Cool about 1 hour or until frosting is set. Cut into bars.
