Extra Slates New Anchor

The entertainment news show Extra is shifting its personnel a bit, and it's not sweet news for Sugar Ray frontman Mark McGrath. He's been replaced by former part-timer Mario Lopez, and the show's other former co-anchor Dayna Devon will remain on staff as a special correspondent. Look for the erstwhile A.C. Slater, fresh off a Broadway run in A Chorus Line, when the show's fall season premieres on Sept. 15. Supposedly, McGrath just wanted to "Fly" because he and his band Sugar Ray are recording a new album?so he has better things to do?
