Our feet put up with a lot of strain and pain, and even the fanciest pedicure can't hide everything. But shoes can, so why dress your feet in less than flattering uncomfortable footwear?

While we're suckers for footwear, we recognize that not all shoes are friendly to the feet, or to the eyes for that matter.

Of course there are some shoe styles that should be kicked to the curb. If you're devoted to any of these culprits, don't fret - we're all guilty of a fashion faux pas. Consider this a footwear intervention and start planning your trip to the shoe store for a less offensive replacement!

Why is this person so concerned about what kinds of shoes other people are wearing? Aside from the potential health risks of some shoes, I was unaware that wearing Birkenstocks was offensive. #firstworldproblems

Also, the lack of pictures and mentioning brand names is shoddy. I will never read this site again. And I'm going to wear socks with sandals to spite the author. If anyone points out my faux pas, I will tell them "mydailymoment.com said it's cool!"

Are you scerious? Who ever's responsible for this article apparently needs much more practice.. Where's your boss, don't they preread your articles? If not , here's a kind word of advice " it's always best to ask for help if you're over tired, unsure or simply ask some one," hey i came up with this article, personally I think it's a great one :) Wanna check it out, let me know watcha think ;) Personally I'm disappointed, i read the article was interested in seeing what pictures the article talked about... Only to learn that there were "NO PICTURES"

Yes, because people who buy vegan shoes DEFINITELY do it for the sake of fashion and not because they are trying to make ethical choices for themselves and the world around them. Get a clue.
I'll be wearing my birks all summer long and never visiting this site again.

This article would have been better with pictures, however I can read. So lack of pictures are not a problem.

I would have liked to see a link to where I can find cute flats with good support, though.

I LOVE my high heels. I walk in flats to the date and change into the more appealing foot ware. The guys seem to love legs in high heels and a pretty pair of hosiery much, much more. Yeah, my feet hurt but the compliments outweigh the ouch.
